Sharique Hasan

Hello. I am Sharique Hasan, an Associate Professor of Strategy at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and an Associate Professor (by courtesy) of Sociology. My primary research focuses on three broad topic areas: entrepreneurship, innovation and technology, and people and communities–and their intersections.

I am also a co-founder and co-organizer of the annual Conference on Field Experiments in Strategy (CFXS), which is supported by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. I also serve as a board member and co-Scientific Director of the Innovation Growth Lab.

I also co-lead the Technological Opportunity Lab at Fuqua with my colleague Wesley Cohen. Our mission is to provide research, software and tools to support the commercialization of university science.
