Never localize without localizing the most important part - the talent. Find marketers with deep experience in the local market to drive your strategy, do not simply rely on research or focus groups conducted by a out-of-market team.

What do you do if your CRM team is experiencing burnout?
If projects are falling behind or updates are less proactive, it's an early warning sign something is out of balance. You should check-in early and often with the team and let them know it's OK to feel burnout and not to hide it. The work will always suffer.
