We're looking for someone with a strong operational background who can work with ambitious people across all sectors. That means identifying talent, supporting them as they find their next career moves, and building a vibrant community around our network.
We set a high bar, and you will learn a lot joining the team. We don't necessarily expect you to stay with the firm once you've stopped learning — in fact, we expect it to be a 1-2-year role. For example, a future founder might use this role as a chance to meet hundreds of exceptional people to hire.
