THE MISSION

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and dedicated person to join Bill.com ’s Product Management team. As a Product Manager Intern, you will have the opportunity to create and build solutions that improve user growth, revenue, and experience. It’s a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, and both analytical and creative thinking.

Projects May Include

Standardizing emails to customers

Improving Settings (admin functionality for a small business)

Improving reports used by customers

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with product teams to understand our customers & their needs, metrics & insights
  • Come up with creative solutions for complex user problems that directly impact the customer experience
  • Participate in customer research to validate user experience proposals
  • Work hand-in-hand with our brilliant developers to create, build and ship real products
  • Learn the disciplines of Agile development processes
  • Get first-hand experience socializing and presenting your work to other teams and senior leadership
  • Have a lot of fun in the process!
