Twitter is looking for a Program Manager to scale the newly launched Accelerate Program, an immersion into the key components of running successful performance campaigns in an effort to support Twitter’s ambitious goals reliant on performance revenue growth.

Who we are:

This role sits on the Revenue Product Specialist (RPS) team, focused on driving the commercialization strategy for Twitter Products and Solutions across a cross-functional set of global & local market partners (Product, Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, etc). Accelerate is an important part of our RPS efforts to support our sales teams in being more confident and capable of selling, managing and driving our revenue business forward.

What You’ll Do

 

As Accelerate Program Manager, you join the Program Management team as a partner and collaborator on efforts to effectively and efficiently scale the Accelerate Program to Client Account Managers and Customer Success Managers globally at Twitter. 

Responsibilities

  • Execute the 3-day training program across regions in partnership with Performance Subject Matter Experts, appx 5-7x sessions per quarter.

  • Collaborate with sales partners and cross-functional teams to ensure all training content is compelling, high quality, and useful, filling in gaps where necessary.

  • Keep a pulse on the changing products and industry marketplace to keep content relevant.

  • Coordinate with regional leadership to identify participants and communicate program schedules.

  • Design evaluations, surveys, and define metrics to measure the success of the program.

  • Collect feedback from participants and partners to identify areas of strength and improvement.

  • Collaborate with third-party designers on enhancing the look and structure of the Accelerate content.

  • Support the ongoing execution of the 2022 vision for the Accelerate program.

Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years of related experience in client service, project management or a role focused on delivering training to a client services team (prefer 3+ years in advertising or digital media).

  • Extensive knowledge of Twitter’s advertising products and solutions.

  • An organized, self-starter that can prioritize contending deliverables and follow through on commitments.

  • Ability to build useful training content in collaboration with internal and external partners.

  • Knowledge of existing training approaches, as well as the technology to support training.

  • Passion for the advertising industry.

  • Travel may be required, up to 25% of the time.

  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
