Overview
We’re looking for an innovative, growth-oriented college student or recent graduate with content creation and social media marketing experience, including design and video editing, to scale our company's digital presence.
Responsibilities
- Dive headfirst into the coaching industry
- Develop our social media presence and create content for all organic social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Drive customer acquisition and engagement through innovative marketing, content, and campaigns; identify creative opportunities for us to engage with our audience
- Manage and measure social data and insights (e.g., growth, engagement, reach) for social reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Stay up to date on trends to be able to plan and forecast a strong social media strategy
- Post graphics and video content to highlight coaches and applicants, share valuable admissions tips, publicize community initiatives, and promote our content hub
- Own the social media component of our community emphasis and foster an atmosphere that represents Leland’s brand, values, and mission
- Contribute to our team culture of inclusion and collaboration
- Be a part of building our company from the ground up
- Time commitment: 20 hours per week
Qualifications
- You are a creative powerhouse and self starter ready to disrupt the coaching industry through innovative marketing content
- You’re a highly-skilled content creator with past social media experience (provide examples of past work)
- You have experience building social platforms and have examples to prove growth metrics
- You are a whiz at creating viral TikTok vids, Instagram Reels, and other engaging social content; you are in-touch with relevant trends and excited to go above and beyond to make our brand stand out
- You have an understanding of design and video editing
- You care about our community and are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for everyone the brand reaches
- You’re excited about a hybrid working model, and ready to collaborate with a distributed team (we’re in the Bay Area and Utah)
