We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern for Summer of 2022.

Key responsibilities
• Develop a user community strategy in-collaboration with the leadership team to effectively bring our users together in a way that creates the most value for the community
• Support broader go-to-market strategy and growth initiatives in collaboration with the leadership team
• Ideate new initiatives and various growth hacks, executing on innovative and scrappy ideas to build a strong digital presence to generate traffic and organic growth
• Important Note - we are early so things move very quickly. Your summer can be shaped around your goals and interests.

Reporting structure:
• You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer, Missy.

About You
You will thrive this summer if you have:
• A desire to fundamentally transform the experience of families of children with special needs
• Ability to deal well with ambiguity. You will have the freedom to get your work done in whatever way you see most fit, meaning you will create a lot of processes from scratch. This can be energizing for some and overwhelming for others.
• Flexibility. We are small, scrappy, and constantly evolving. Priorities can change and we need someone who can roll with the punches.

It would be a plus if you have:
• Experience in digital or growth marketing – the projects this summer will be centered on digital marketing and community building.
• Experience in community building – someone who understands what it is to build a community from the ground-up
• Experience in digital health or healthcare – it's a complex system and previous exposure to it would be helpful

Other Logistics:
This is a full-time virtual role. Chris and Missy are in San Francisco, working from home and coffee shops. If you are also in San Francisco, we’d love to work with you in person as much as possible, but this is not an expectation.
