Currently, Workit Health is looking for a Business Development Representative - Intern. The Business Development Representative - Intern supports the sales and client success team’s needs that are essential to our productivity and growth. The BDR is responsible for researching, data input, and maintaining the accuracy of all sales efforts. The BDR is also responsible for overseeing a smooth, effective process to enable the growth of Workit Health.

Reporting to the Vice President of Payer Sales, the Business Development Representative - Intern fosters close working relationships with multiple internal partners.

Core Responsibilities

  • Works closely with leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and management required to ensure success
  • Implements, manages, and integrates sales automation tools, including Salesforce, Asana, Zoominfo, G-Suite, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborates across the organization, particularly with product development, marketing, technology, clinical, and leadership to ensure sales and client teams have access to information and tools needed to perform at a high level
  • Streamlines and optimizes sales and client support processes
  • Manages Salesforce pipeline, data, reporting, and forecasting
  • Establishes and manages repositories for competitive information, industry trends, market information, and business intelligence
  • Contributes to the development and manages the sales/client team’s incentive programs
  • Manages multiple, concurrent activities and projects that drive channel growth
  • Monitors and manages contracts, financials, and overall performance

Professional Qualifications

  • Working towards their degree in Business/Marketing or have a strong interest in Sales
  • Experience anticipating and supporting sales and client service teams.
  • Sales and marketing automation expertise.
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and desire to problem-solve with others
  • Strong care for an underserved population in the healthcare realm
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Experience using critical thinking, organization, and collaboration to drive projects forward
  • The ability and willingness to complete several concurrent tasks with attention to time constraints and work quality

  • Strong team player who can make decisions and excels in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
