Job Description

As part of Data, Policy, Platforms, and Programs Organization, work closely with cross-functional teams like IT, Data Scientists team, Product(s) ownership team, legal/regulatory and product(s) stakeholders, including but not limited to clients, to manage development and implementation of multiple products.

Provide thought leadership in areas including but not limited to the following:

  • Development of testing strategy and leading the UAT of Risk product(s), AI/ML models, ensuring that various IT systems are performing in line with expectations

  • Issue resolution, proposing mitigating solutions and closing open questions/areas of concern

  • development of reporting & monitoring strategy for Product(s) performance, Data Quality & Master Data Management  

  • Development of product(s) documentation

Ideally be skilled at:

  • Querying and analyzing data for reconciliations and KPI reporting

  • Working closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

  • Using visualization tools to substantiate the recommendations and insights generated from various products or models by Data Scientists

  • Supporting senior management in making presentation and recommendations to the clients

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

• Bachelor's degree required preferably in the technical field (Computer Engineering/Electronics)
• Master’s degree preferred with some emphasis on Finance
• 10+ years of experience working in product development and management areas
• 5+ years of experience working with risk products and data management
• MS Office – Advanced user of Powerpoint, Excel and Word, Visio Diagrams
• Ability to work with SQL and BI tools

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
