Trailer: Totally Fine with Tiffany Philippou

Trailer: Totally Fine with Tiffany Philippou

A podcast about those times when we were not ‘totally fine’.
Listen as host Tiffany Philippou, author of the best-selling memoir, Totally Fine (And Other Lies I've Told Myself), talks to guests about life-altering experiences that shaped who they are today, but which they wanted to pretend never happened in the first place.
This is a show about how it's not just what happens to us, but the stigma we feel and how we suppress it, that affects us so deeply. And in having these conversations, we quiet the shame monster and remember that we’re not alone.

As insightful as it is comforting

As a freelance writer I can relate to so much of what is discussed in this podcast, but anyone would find these episodes useful! Anna and Tiffany manage to perfectly vocalise so many of the things I hate/love about todays’s work culture, and every episode is insightful, comforting, and entertaining.

Made me better at my work

I got onto ‘Is This Working’ from listening to Creative Rebels. As someone who spends half the week freelance, and the other half with a company, Anna and Tiffany’s insights have helped me form better work habits and articulate my feelings to the company. The calm and openness they approach every episode with makes it feel like I’m listening to two friends, which makes the conversation feel accessible, relatable and like I’m involved in that discussion with them. Keep up the great work you two (and producer Chris)!
