Simply put, we believe this is the future of the American Lamb business and it all starts with you, the rancher.

Today’s consumers possess high expectation when it comes to purchasing the foods that they eat and feed their families; proteins are no exception. We have to stay on focus and give consumers the all-natural, humanely raised lamb products that they deserve. People want to know where their food comes from and we are the ones held accountable. It is for this reason that we ask you, the producer, to take special care in your production practices and to record notes of all the good things that you already do. As we grow, we need ranchers who are open to various certifications and third-party audits in order to add the levels of consumer confidence in our product that the industry requires.
