Last Friday at Vue de Monde in Melbourne NORA ~ National Online Retailers Association hosted a gathering of thirty retail information technology leaders for our CIO & Cyber Security Exchange. Retail CIO Host Frank De Sa from Just Group expertly kicked off proceedings with a critical question that opened up the conversation 'Is technology playing a role in cost optimisation?' Later he welcomed CISO Fred Thiele and Matthew Rodda from Baby Bunting to share their recent case study and key insights on how to manage a data breach, that all leaders need to be prepared for. Thanks to all our retailers in the room who gave their time, contributed and added value to this critical discussion.
