The Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council is the Commonwealth’s business network. With 150 business and government Strategic Partners from 31 countries and territories, CWEIC has an official mandate to facilitate trade and investment throughout the 56 member nations of the Commonwealth. Every two years we host the Commonwealth Business Forum alongside the biennial Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting. Through our networks, at our events, and on international delegations, our activities aim to create a powerful platform for meaningful engagement between business leaders and Government decision makers across the Commonwealth.

  • We’re excited to welcome Oluwatosin Olaseinde, Founder and CEO of Money Africa and Ladda.ng, as a speaker at the upcoming Commonwealth Trade and Investment Summit. Speaking ahead of CTIS, Oluwatosin said: "Regional collaboration is key to unlocking Africa’s economic potential. The Commonwealth Trade and Investment Summit provides a platform to drive trade facilitation, strengthen partnerships, and support sustainable growth across the continent. A chartered accountant with over a decade of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and corporate finance, Oluwatosin is passionate about financial literacy and wealth creation. She founded MoneyAfrica, an ed-tech platform that has empowered over 200,000 individuals with the knowledge and skills to navigate investing and personal finance using technology. Driven by a mission to democratise financial education, she also launched Ladda, providing Millennials and Gen Z with accessible wealth-building tools.   • We’re pleased to welcome The Hon Nigel Feetham KC MP, Minister for Justice, Trade, and Industry, as a speaker at CTIS 2025—a key opportunity for strengthening trade and investment across the Commonwealth. Representing the HM Government of Gibraltar, a Strategic Partner of CWEIC, Minister Feetham oversees Financial Services, Gaming, Taxation, Justice, and Trade. After a distinguished career as a leading financial services lawyer, he assumed Ministerial Office in October 2023. Gibraltar, a vital gateway between Europe and the Commonwealth, has long been an international financial hub. Minister Feetham is focused on expanding and diversifying Gibraltar’s financial sectors, boosting competitiveness, and creating new job opportunities, particularly for young professionals. His Connect Hub initiative is central to this effort.
