MACARTHUR HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year letterwinner for coach Tom Alfieri at MacArthur High School in San Antonio, Texas … helped MacArthur to four playoff appearances and three second round berths … hit .563 overall as a junior with four home runs, 27 RBI and 10 doubles … also put together a 7-3 record on the mound with a 1.91 ERA and two saves in 2015 … four-time All-District honoree, three-time All-Region winner and three-time All-State selection … First Team All-State team member by Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association & Texas Sports Writers Association (2015) … earned the Gold Glove Award in 2016 … 2016 Rawlings-Perfect Game Honorable Mention All-American … three-time Louisville Slugger All-American … played for both the Texas Drillers & D-Bat Elite summer programs in summer of 2015 … on the San Diego Padres Scout Team at Perfect Game WWBA in Jupiter, Fla.
