Signed by the author on the front end page. The original price of $1.50 is still present on the front flap. DJ shows scuffing and soiling along with edge wear and small tears. Green cloth boards underneath show some spotting to the color along with some small scuffs, edges and corners show bumps/wear. Internal binding is good and text pages are tight. No other signatures or handwriting other than the author's signature, no bookplates, no library markings. A couple pages in the front have some smudge marks but the remaining pages are clean. Stated first edition on the copyright page.

Hard Cover. 12mo - 17.5 x 12.5 cm.; xiv - 17 to 171 pp. Green cloth over boards with black lettering on the spine and the front board. Stated first edition. The text block head is dyed a purple/black as issued. 10 full page black and white illustrations by Soglow in the art deco style he is known for. Signed by Thomas in green ink on the front free end paper. The boards show minor shelf wear to the tail edges and the spine tips and the spine is a tad faded, otherwise clean with a sound binding. A clear and removable archival cover has been fitted.; Signed by Author .
