Welcome to Vittles. A new food newsletter for novel times. Vittles is a newsletter that publishes food and culture writing that currently doesn't have a home within British food media. It platforms writers, illustrators and chefs from across the world, with a focus on connecting different areas of the food and drink industry, as well as publishing new food writers. This Patreon exists solely to fund contributors, making sure both writers and illustrators are paid for their work. It also grants you access to all paywalled articles.
