As a part of the work on 2046 and 2666 there is now a set of tools to generate test vectors available here with test-vectors pre-generated in various formats.

Quilt wants to give a short update on our account abstraction work:

MVP implementation just finished in geth, passing tests & we have an internal AA testnet to the spec Vitalik proposed. We have also been active on how this work intersects with the discussion on meta transactions. We are collecting metrics & cleaning up right now and will start more communication with the community soon. Important to stress: we are aware that there is no guarantee AA will make it to mainnet, but are trying to demonstrate feasibility and are currently close to that. We will be expanding this work soon to improve functionality beyond the initial proposal, e.g. by supporting multiple txs per account.

Active Work (WIP) to track: quilt/go-ethereum#13 (We will have a formal diff soon)
