Foundation

UTA supports the communities our employees and clients care about. Founded in 2004, the UTA Foundation raises awareness on social issues, provides resources to nonprofits, and implements social good programs. The Foundation also provides strategic counsel to UTA clients to advance their social impact goals.

Established in 2012, Project Impact is UTA's annual, company-wide day of service. Employees partner with non-profit organizations in their communities that benefit a range of causes. Initiatives support food security, housing stability, environmental preservation, youth mentorship, veteran services, and more. As a global volunteer activity, Project Impact brings together colleagues from across divisions and UTA's affiliate companies, fostering a singular sense of community.
The UTA Foundation's Live Inspired program gives employees across the agency the opportunity to fulfill a charitable dream by supporting a non-profit of their choice and enriching the lives of others through volunteerism. This program encourages employees to explore unique ways to engage whether that’s volunteering at a local foodbank or partnering with a global organization. Selected recipients receive a non-profit grant, as well as a stipend for expenses related to their charitable sabbatical. UTA is proud to champion personal philanthropic ventures, and Live Inspired is our way of uplifting volunteerism.
