Parity-Ethereum v2.5.6-stable is a bugfix release that improves stability.

The release includes:

• Allow specifying hostnames for node URLs
• Fix a bug where archive nodes were losing peers
• Add support for Energy Web Foundations new chains 'Volta' and 'EWC', and remove their deprecated 'Tobalaba' chain.
